Forgive my stupidity if you got 1 of the top cameras for a present..LOL ..I've never seen one of those before..but I just got a new Canon T3i a few months back and it has been 1 of the top things we've ever purchased. I'm now following along with you & your beautiful family.

Hi I do the water bath canning the same way that you use your lobster pot, but I use a canning pot. I know people that have used a large stock pot. It doesn't really matter as long as the jars are covered in water. :)
