New School Year / 10 on 10

The little ladies started school yesterday!
And.....

We're homeschooling!

Yep, we are!

Something I never thought in a million years I would be doing, but here we are.
God has called our family to step out and go on an adventure of obedience and trust
 and we're thrilled!

I'll keep you posted on how it's going.
And if you have any words of wisdom, I'm open.
Really open!!!

  6. Hi! I have read your blog from time to time...I think I Googled something from Trader Joe's and it brought me here. So I have lurked for a little while, but then this post about homeschooling convinced me to comment. :-)

I think you are someone that I knew years and years ago....did you attend Valley Church in the 80's? My maiden name is Charlotte Garland; I have 4 kiddos (ages 8-16) and homeschool them. I have homeschooled them all along (by God's mercy!) and actually work for a homeschooling company that reviews different homeschooling products and companies (The Old Schoolhouse Magazine).

If you have any questions let me know; I do love helping others learn more about homeschooling.

Your family is beautiful and your story is one of grace and mercy; thank you for sharing parts of your journey.

    Blessings!
