Speaking

Raeanne is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a BA in Christian Education.  After graduation she enjoyed some “less than serious” jobs like touring with Point of Grace and being a water ski instructor in Yosemite before ending up back in Southern California to work for E! Entertainment Television.  She discovered her real passion while volunteering with the college ministry at Malibu Presbyterian Church and left E! to pursue full time college ministry.  She was eventually hired as the Director of University Ministries at Malibu Pres and began her Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary.  Her love for college students and desire to grow in ministry took her up to Seattle to work with UW students at University Presbyterian Church.  While in Seattle, a spark was rekindled with an old Malibu love and they were married in 2004 and returned to California.  In 2006 Raeanne and her husband welcomed identical twin girls into their family and in 2009 the girls were joined by a brother.
As a stay at home mom, Raeanne has found an outlet for ministry through her blog and she continues to disciple a small group of Pepperdine students. Raeanne has a passion to encourage and inspire women to find their identity in Jesus.  As a mother herself, Raeanne challenges moms to be intentional with their families and cling to Jesus through the crazy season of mommyhood.

Raeanne’s diverse speaking experience includes:
University Ministries at Malibu Presbyterian Church & University Presbyterian Church, Pepperdine University Convocation guest speaker, college retreats, college women’s retreats, high school retreats and conferences, The Foundary Los Angeles – a ministry to young adults, Sex & The City – a day retreat at Bel Air Presbyterian Church, Mothers & Others, MOPS, various women's ministries

Topics Raeanne is passionate about:
Child of God – In a world where our identity is given by our job title, financial status, relationship status, physical appearance or something else that always changes, God offers us an identity found in Him that never changes.  We are His children and our identity as followers of Jesus is Child of God.

All Things New – Through the mistakes we make, the mistakes others make that affect us, and the tragedies that life brings – God can redeem them all and make all things new in our lives.  He is Redeemer, Healer and Restorer in our lives.

Intentional Family – A series that speaks to us about being intentional with the way we raise our children and lead our families.

  1. Hello. I came across your blog when I was googling Christmas decorations for mantels and saw your beautiful O Come Let Us Adore Him print. Your husband did a great job and I loved your thoughts about it as well. I have a daughter who is a freshman in college this year so I appreciate your ministry with that age group. Tough group to reach sometimes. Have a blessed Christmas! Cindy in SC.

  2. Hi Raeanne, I heard you speak this week at our Legacy group. (Cornerstone Moorpark). Really enjoyed your message, especially that you spoke about how our past mistakes are forgiven in Christ. Especially moving was your example of how we hold our secrets back from Christ instead of releasing them to Him for healing and forgiveness. Thank you for the gentleness and grace of your words.
